The manager tried not to release the rate for financing until the very end. He kept asking me to add warranty to my car. I am disappointed to this kind of practice.
It was a good experience . Mr Chen explained the features of the model car thoroughly and demonstrated different function of the vehicle , he even able to help when there is problem with the car due to the driver not familiar with the new function . He was helpful and did a good job .

I liked Steve, who sold me the car. Star was the second dealership I visited. The first one was a sleazy organization. Refused to tell me how much they would give me for my trade-in. "Oh, well, it is based on a bunch of factors, and when it is time for you to sign, then we will let you know." Good-bye to them. Star operated differently. I did not feel as if they were hiding anything.
Steve has been a great dealer to work with. Has helped me get into several great cars with great lease deals. I’ve been very happy with the service department and they’ve been able to keep all my cars running like new. I’d recommend Star to anyone looking for a great car at a reasonable price.

Kate was amazing! Made the whole process easy & quick. She took care of everything including transfer of insurance and physically changing the license plate herself in freezing temperature.
I worked out a price for the car I wanted then after I signed the contract I saw they charged me the MSRP and not the discount we agreed to. The finance person told me I was getting back $180 from my deposit then I mentioned my relative just leased a car from the dealership so he looked it up and then said he forgot to add on a charge to my purchase and took off $123 from my deposit refund so now I was only getting $57 back.
The customer service was excellent and amazing. I highly recommend this dealership to any one.
